I don’t agree that the chargeback was marked as lost!

The outcome of a chargeback is decided by the card issuer. As the chargeback was initiated by the customer or the customer’s bank, you will need to follow up with them directly. 

Payyo will process the information provided by our merchant’s on their behalf. A dispute can be closed as lost due to insufficient evidence provided or the evidence provided does not disprove the customer’s claim.
