I received a refund notification via e-mail. What do I have to do?

I case you received a refund notification from Payyo this means that you do not have enough balance in your account to process a refund.

The refund e-mail contains an overview of the pending refunds with their amount and currency. The e-mail furthermore contains an inpayment link that you can use in order to top up your account balance.

If you are not expecting enough new bookings to cover the refund amount soon, you should transfer enough money as soon as possible. As long as you don’t have enough positive balance, the refunds will not be issued.

30 days after the refund request date, the refunds will automatically be rejected.
