If you are configuring a new bank account in your Payyo account you will see the message informing you that for some countries, an intermediary bank is required to receive SWIFT transfers from Europe.
Please check with your bank if this is your case. If it’s needed, provide Payyo Support (support@payyo.ch) with the information to be added to the fields:

While most countries and banks utilize the Swift system, it’s wise to confirm with your bank whether this information is necessary.
