New Dispute setup

We’re announcing the release of our Dispute Resolution Flow, designed to streamline and improve the merchant’s experience with dispute management.

Key Highlights:

  • The merchant can now effortlessly upload the documents into the Payyo back office. 
  • Payyo will now construct the dispute “story” creating a more intuitive and user-friendly interface for dispute management.
  • There are handy links to our support pages and information in the dispute for a clearer understanding of what information to provide.

Check the step by step guide which includes a video at the end. These resources will also be available for merchants ensuring they are well-equipped to handle any dispute effortlessly.
