How do I top up my balance?

It may occur that your Payyo account balance goes negative, most likely because of Chargebacks,  or that you don’t have enough balance to cover your refund requests and they remain pending.

In this case, there is the possibility to manually transfer the amount to the Payyo account with an inpayment link. For this purpose please contact support@payyo.ch.
