In the section Refunds you can filter according to different criteria to find a specific refund.
After Search, you have an export function to generate a refund report in Excel format.
By entering the recipient email address and click Yes, order an export you will receive the report within a few minutes to the provided email address.
You want to send the report to several recipients at the same time? No problem at all!
With a comma you can separate the recipients email addresses and send the report to all at the same time.
