When you trigger a refund an e-mail can be sent to the customer.
These e-mails can be sent in English or German.
Take attention that, by default, the e-mails are sent in the language the merchant has set as the preferred language for communication. If you normally receive automatic e-mail in English the refund confirmation will be sent in English unless you change it to German.
